While out promoting ‘Spider Man 3,’ Tobey requests a full-size refrigerator, two cases of his favorite brand of water and a rocking chair for his hotel suite, which we can only assume is meant for little Ruby Maguire, his 5-month-old daughter with fiancee Jen Meyer.
