Halle Berry plans baby deadline

Halle Berry, who has long expressed her maternal desires, says she’s determined to make it happen this year. Halle, 40, has given herself and boyfriend Gabriel Aubry a goal of conceiving before 2007 is over. Should she not get pregnant, the couple will turn to adoption.

Having children is my next big project. I’m planning on becoming pregnant by the end of the year – it’s my age, it’s only natural. If it can’t happen naturally, Gabriel and I will adopt.
