Why kids never misbehave at Jamie Lee Curtis' house

Jamie Lee Curtis is idolized by fellow moms for her ability totemper their rambunctious children when they visit her home forplaydates with her son Thomas, 11. Jamie says her friends are curiousas to how she gets them to be so well-behaved and the actress nowreveals her secret.

I have one rule – the kids walk in, the parents leave…and Ilook at the kid and I say, ‘You can do whatever you like at my house. You can run and jump and play, but if you get hurt, I fix it, if it youneed stitches I do them.’ And I lay out a little needle, thread, alittle piece of wood for them to chew on and a tourniquet, and what’samazing is these kids never do anything wrong, nothing. They areperfect children.

Jamie also has a daughter, Annie, 20, with husband Christopher Guest.

LMAO!!! I wish I had thought of saying something like that!! Of course she may be kidding! But I wouldn’t put it past her. Love her!

is she or isn’t she the grandmather of jake gyllenhaal?
I always get lost with that

She’s his godmother.

That is so funny. Obviously she’s joking, no parent without medical training would seriously stitch a child (let alone a child that’s not their’s) up after an accident…..but the 11 year old kids don’t know that!!! I may put that little trick away in the back of my mind for use down the road.
