Howard K. Stern's family fears for Dannnielynn's safety
Howard K. Stern‘s family recently told Entertainment Tonight that they are fearing for the safety of baby Dannielynn Stern, 7 months. Howard and his sister Bonnie Stern, explained how scary the situation is becoming. Bonnie said,
You can’t even go out to dinner. You have to, like, run to the market and run back. It’s just … completely unbelievable. It’s surreal. It’s not even anything that anybody can imagine unless they were in it.
Howard’s brother, Gary Stern, added a story about a situation he was a part of, a trip to the doctor’s office with baby Dannielynn. Gary said:
The doctor walks into the office and says, ‘By the way, there is a photographer outside.’ We had to slip out the back, race to the car, Howard had to put Dannielynn in her car seat. My mother, who was along, had to put a towel and a blanket to cover Dannielynn up, and then the photographer started snapping pictures of Howard and Dannielynn and my mother and myself. And then we open up the newspaper the next day, and that’s front-page news.
Bonnie said that is has gotten to the point where the paparazzi are making them prisoners in their own home. Bonnie said:
All the windows are closed up, the shade are drawn. You have no natural daylight coming in the house. The buzzer is buzzing from people taking taxi tours, asking if they can come in and take pictures, or if they could come in and see the baby. You can’t go out. You can’t do anything. You’re afraid if you take her out that people are going to recognize her, and God knows what’s going to happen then. It’s not safe.
It obviously isn’t known the effects all of this will have on Dannielynn when she is older, but for now she remains blissfully unaware. Bonnie seems grateful that all of this is taking place while Dannielynn is still so young.
I’m so grateful she is so young when all this is going on. I think that that’s the only reason that she really doesn’t realize yet, and I’m so grateful that she doesn’t.
