Howard K. Stern's appeal gets smacked down!

The saga continues!

Howard K. Stern‘s appeal on DNA testing was rejected today and he was penalized $10,000, likely for bringing about a frivolous lawsuit.

This was just Howard‘s latest legal move to stall the legal process that puts him one step closer to possibly losing custody of Dannielynn.

Some news organizations, like CNN.com, are reporting that Howard withdrew the appeal, not that it was denied.

Either way, someone seriously lied to him if he thought for one second this ridiculous appeal would be granted. That’s the underlying issue of the majority of this situation…the paternity of the baby. So whatever he was thinking by even bringing it up, I have no idea.
