Brooke Shields and daughters at the park

B000jkbj7o01a2rs6z4hkba2g7_aa280__2 Brooke Shields enjoyed a Sunday afternoon at the park yesterday with daughters Rowan Francis, 3 ½, and Grier Hammond, 11 months, and their nanny. The nanny carries Rowan’s Crocs in their cayman style in pink ($26).

According to the photo agency caption, Grier experienced separation anxiety and had a crying fit when Brooke attempted to leave her with the nanny for a moment to run back to the car – Grier needed her mom! Brooke ended up taking her back to the car with her. BabyCenter says infants can experience separation anxiety as early as 6 months of age, but the ‘crisis age’ for most babies is between 12-18 months of age.

Did your children experience separation anxiety? At what age? How did you deal with it?

Brooke’s daughters are cute. Rowan is looking more like Brooke, as she gets older now. Grier looks just like her dad and sister.

Oh my goodness. This reminded me of my baby cousin. My cousin went to go put some stuff in her car and my aunt was holding her. She screamed, literally bloody murder, that her face was so red and she looked like she was holding her breath on purpose. It was horrible, she acted like she would never see her again.
