Howard K. Stern is on a roll

Howard K. Stern is certainly making a habit out of delaying things lately. As we reported yesterday, he succeeded in delaying the paternity battle for Anna Nicole Smith’s baby, Dannielynn, 6 months. Today, he was able to derail the inquest into Anna Nicole’s son, Daniel Smith‘s death. The judge in the case has delayed the inquest for a minimum of 2 weeks.

Howard’s lawyer said the law allowing the inquest was flawed, because it was impossible to obtain a fair and impartial jury given the massive publicity surrounding the deaths of Anna Nicole and Daniel. The inquest judge is allowing Howard’s lawyer go to the Supreme Court of the Bahamas to argue that the hearing should be permanently blocked.

Alright. Even though it’s been proven that he let Anna take drugs while pregnant, I always thought, “Maybe he’s well-intentioned. Maybe he did love her.” It’s official: what a moldy, grimy sleaze bucket. It’s bad enough that he’s depriving a baby of her father and a father of his daughter, but now he’s sabotaging the inquest on Daniel’s death? WHY? I can see why he’d cling to Dannielynn, but why the insult to Daniel’s memory? Did he care NOTHING for Daniel, the son of the woman he supposedly loved? It’s a definite sign pointing to him being responsible for Daniel’s death. Why else would he delay the inquest? He has something to hide, I know it! It’s been said that Anna had initially blamed him (she was heard screaming, “You caused this!” when Daniel was found dead).

I love how he’s running scared even though the inquest is only into the cause/circumstances of Daniel’s death. This is not a trial, and he is not a defendant (though he might be one day, but even then he’s getting his own trial) but he’s trying to run the show just the same.

It’s sick, sick, sick. At this point he’s his own worst enemy… if he didn’t want people to think the worst then he needs to let all this stuff happen and stop trying to stop it. It just makes him look even more guilty and evil.

Didn’t Anna want this inquest while she was alive? And where is Daniel’s biological father, couldn’t he push for the inquest?

Howard K Stern is innocent until proven guilty by evidence as in a Court of Law; no matter in the Bahamas or United States. People LOVE to villify someone because they, being guilty of their own “whatevers” like to hold a pocket full or rocks to stone someone. What’s new with Society? Society sucks! The man was in love with her and settled for crumbs she threw to him. He will be found innocent. He did not kill anyone. He’s just a guy who fell in love with the wrong woman.

I can understand why Howard wants the inquest information to be permanently surpressed. Daniel wasn’t a celebrity himself, he just happened to have a famous mom. Why should Daniels life & death be exposed? Prior to Daniel dying I had only heard he was a great kid. After his death I’ve heard he was on drugs, annorexic, mental issues, stole Annas drugs, was jealous of the new baby… the list goes on.

Why the need to slander the dead? I think Howard is only protecting Daniels reputation.

People need to realise this isn’t a soap opera. Real lives are involoved.

Howard has motives that we don’t even know about. I dont buy for one second that Anna and him had a serious relationship. Sometimes was messed up with the whole scenario and it is even MORE messed up that Howard is playing these games with baby Danni’s future. She NEEDS to know who her real father is, and it just BAFFLES me that he doesn’t realize what kind of trauma this is going to put on her in the long run. Doesn’t he realize that she will probably resent him one day when she looks in the mirror and looks just like Larry Birkhead? If he TRULY loves this baby, he will get the paternity test out of the way and move on. Does he want to delay it so much that when she finally is declared Larry’s daughter she is TRAUMATIZED emotionally from the stress and hardships that lifestyle change will impose on her? I think Howard is an idiot and i personally would love to slap him in the face and tell him what an idiot he is being.

Anna Nicole was the mother of the children involved. She made the decision to include Howard in her life and in her children’s life. She trusted one person to live with her and raise her daughter – Howard K. Stern. Whoever the sperm donor was, whoever her so-called friends were, she alone trusted Howard to raise her daughter. A father’s role is to love, protect, and honor the mother of his children. Who, but Howard, even came close to doing that? Look at every one of the episodes from her reality show. He loved her and was with her then – he loves her and she will always be in his heart forever. Anna did what she wanted when she wanted. He couldn’t have stopped her if he tried – and I’m betting he probably spent years trying. Leave him be!

I’M sick of the way the press has treated Howard. He protected Anna as much as possible and tried to help her in every way.
What did Larry ever do for her anyway? He was a big nothing–a mooch with little talent or intelligence. I think Howard is not perfect but he would make a great father.

Anna Nicole selected Howard as her mate, but this was not a good choice. The woman and her son are dead. Howard needs to give Dannielynn to her natural father and go on with his life. He is hanging on to things that do not belong to him: Dannielynn and the Herizon. This guy is on another planet. He should be subjected to drug testing too, because he is not of sound mind. I think that some of his actions are driven by his lawyers. One of them is the excecutor of Anna’s will. So, there is a lot at stake here, and little Dannielynn is paramont in all of this money that is reportedly coming to the her. If the judge in the Bahamas grant custody to Howard, I am going to the island to escape some of my legal problems. The Bahamians must be careful. There country could become a haven for criminals.

Larry saw Anna OD in his presence several times, but she lived. Then he claims, “She wouldn’t have died on my watch.” He just got lucky.
Her friends who ripped off her house in the Bahamas also said she was taking drugs and shooting up in their house and they let her. All these enablers just got lucky that she didn’t die under their watch.

Now they point to Howard when they are just as guilty.
