Larry Birkhead shops in Baby Gap

Larry Birkhead, one of the men claiming to be the father of Anna Nicole Smith‘s baby, Dannielynn, 6 months, was seen shopping at Baby Gap in Miami yesterday. Results of the DNA paternity test are still pending but evidently Larry is feeling pretty confident of the results! Larry has previously mentioned that he’s currently putting a nursery together for the baby he believes is his daughter.

When are they going to release the results of the DNA test? I thought it was suppose to be early this week. I believe the baby is Larry’s, but if I were him I wouldnt be making purchases until that baby was in my arms.

According to Etonline.com:

“Test results typically take 3 to 5 days. However, there is a gag order in effect in this case that will keep the identity of the father confidential until at least April 3rd, when the next meeting in the paternity case will take place. The date has been set to allow HOWARD K. STERN time to appeal.”

Guess we have to wait another week

My heart goes out to him. He sure is eager to be a daddy. I’m sure he’s impatient, as am I, but as soon as he gets her I’m sure he’ll decide that she was worth the wait.

I hope Larry is the dad becasue he seems like the only one without motive to lie. He has wanted this test long before Anna died. No one else stepped forward, including Anna’s mother, until the possibility of money was introduced.

If he is the father I hate that they would delay the results at all. I would hope that they would want to get Dannielynn with her rightful father ASAP.

The results are sealed until April 3rd. The judge wanted to exhaust any appeals that were made so he gave them 2 weeks to make any. According to rumors, Howard was going to appeal the day after the order (before DannieLynn could even be swabbed) but he was talked out of it by his lawyers. Knowing how he and his lawyers are acting right now, with Daniel’s inquest, I’d say we are going to have to wait even longer for the results… this guy doesn’t want to follow the rules. And even if he let’s the results be announced, he’s going to fight over custody of her. Just because Larry is the biological dad, doesn’t mean he’s going to get her.

Anyway, I think it’s wonderful that he is getting everything ready for her – just shows what a great guy he is, in my opinion. =)

How rude they should just let it out. I don’t see the need for a gag order seems silly. I bet he knows something so he is baby shopping. I hope he is the dad. I just feel Howard Stern is shady.

I don’t understand who really cares this is a family matter that is made public and is surely going to screw this kid over for life I don’t understand why the American public cares so much about stupid crap like this when there are real issues facing that we should do something about go get your own life and quit following other peoples
