Philip Seymour Hoffman and son Cooper in NYC
Oscar winning actor Philip Seymour Hoffman, 39, and his son Cooper Alexander, who just turned 4, were spotted scootering along in NYC on Monday. Philip and his longtime girlfriend Mimi O’Donnell also welcomed a second child last fall, although no information was released on the birth.
