Courteney Cox-Arquette, 42, was pictured having lunch with daughter Coco, 2 1/2, at Ed’s Coffee Shop in West Hollywood. Coco, who is rarely photographed, is gorgeous as a doll! She is the only child of Courteney and her husband David Arquette, 35.
