Britney Spears finishes rehab stint!

Celebrity mother, Britney Spears has been released from Promises Malibu Treatment Center after successfully completing treatment – she spent nearly one month at the facility. Britney, who has two sons with Kevin Federline, Sean Preston, 18 months, and Jayden James, 6 months, is said to be doing much better. A friend says,

[She] is doing fine.

I want to say I think it is great that everyone on this website are very nice people for being so positive about Britney who I personally think is juat a confused person. Anyways I really respect all of you for maintaing a positive attitude about her unlike other sites who make fun of the poor girl for going to AA meetings!

I know that we’re supposed to keep anonymity for any rehab/12 step program, but I will have to sort of break it to relay this. I have a dear friend who was just at the same facility Brit’s at. He/She was a speaker at a meeting for the patients there. He/She told me that Brit basically sat through his/her meeting chewing gum (very loudly), stuck her gum behind a chair when she was finished with it, wore sunglasses and had a total attitude. She also had a lot of bodyguards around her the whole time.
I really hope this girl gets it together. My dear friend says the consensus at the facility is that there’s no recovery for Brit. She’ll be back.

I thought that rehab lasted 30 days. Hasn’t it only been about 24 or 25.

I have a feeling the press is going to be on their worst behavior where she’s concerned. I hope they don’t stalk her right at first. Under normal circumstances I don’t feel sorry for celebrities when they press is following them because they did chose a life in the public eye. But I think there should be some exceptions to that. For instance, I don’t think they should have taken pictures of Tori Spelling being wheeled into the hospital to have her baby, or of Angelina Jolie when she was cleaning out her mother’s apartment after she died, or of Britney when she was having her hair-shaving breakdown.
