Denise Richards and Sam Sheen go househunting

Denise Richards and her daughter, Sam, 3, went househunting in Brentwood, Pacific Palisades and Beverly Hills yesterday. Denise’s boyfriend, Richie Sambora has just finalised his divorce with Heather Locklear so perhaps they are looking to move in together with Denise’s girls; younger daughter, Lola, is 21 months.

Denise seems like a hands on mom, everytime I see pictures of her out, she has either one or both girls with her. Both her daughters are adorable, and she looks beauitful like always. I think Denise and Richie will marry this summer, and have a baby in the future too.

Denise has had sole custody of the girls since filing for divorce, under the terms of the interim custody agreement and as things stand that has not changed and doesn’t seem likely to either.

Richie and Denise have been living together since Christmas. The reason for looking at new properties is related to what happened at Sam’s birthday party where the paparazzi trespassed onto private land and basically upset Denise and Richie greatly to the point where they do not feel they can be in their back garden with their children without concern for the children’s safety. Heather is also looking at properties in the area sso it is also partially tied in with that, since Richie shares joint custody with Ava and Ava lives with Richie and Denise 50% of the time.

Everytime I see her with her girls she has them attached to her hip. Does she ever let them walk on their own? LOL

Sam’s just a cutie all around. I love her braided pigtails. And she most definitely seems to be a mama’s girl.

Sam is a cutie! I appreciate that she and Lola always look comfortable and appropriate; Denise doesn’t try to make them look older than they are or dress them up and put them on display. I also think it’s great that she has the girls with her so much, she’s clearly a hands-on mom.

It’s nice to finally read good, nice comments about Denise Richards’ daughters. There’s one site in particular, that I will not give press to by naming, that the comments about Sam especially are horrible. She’s a really beautiful little girl, and she looks really sweet with her hair up, instead of down and in her face.
