RUMOR: Possibility that Flavio Briatore isnt Leni Klum's biological father

Speculation has begun in Germany over the paternity of Heidi Klum’s daughter Leni, who will be 3 in May. The man who has been said to be the father all along, Flavio Briatore, now implies he is not so sure.

German media is reporting that while Flavio was being interviewed by the Italian Press, he was asked about whether or not he was Leni’s father. He replied by saying that he can’t say anything right now but he hopes the matter will be resolved soon.

Who cares if this guy is the biological father? He has not been there for her for the last 4 years so he is nothing to her. Her father is Seal who was such a great stand up guy and treats her as his own in every way.

yeah, I read about that… Rumor is, a german talk show host called Reinhold Beckmann is the father, but who knows…

Still, I don’t think Flavio Briatore is even paying child support or something, so it doesn’t really make that much of a difference. For Leni, Seal is her dad anyways..

You should show a baby picture of Flavio and you will all see : the resemblance is striking.

This guy just DISGUST me. I hate guys like that, who are not able to take their responsabilities and who lie all the time. He tries to make us believe that Heidi is a cheater, but it’s completely him.

fortunately leni(and dannielynn)are too young to understand what the problem is. seal is the only dad leni knows, so as far as i’m concerned, he’s her dad. and while we’re on the subject, aren’t babies of mixed-race parents a bit darker usually? i mean, i thought johan would be darker coz seal’s dark. not doubting johan’s paternity, but just was surprised, is all…..

Who cares what this guy thinks? He has never been in her life and Seal is her Dad. As for the post by “Ashley” what does an Italian look like? My grandmother was 100% Italian and she had blond hair, fair skin and blue eyes. My father is 100% Italian is olive skinned, black hair and hazel eyes. My cousin also 100% Italian born in Italy and has red hair, fair skin and green eyes. So I think Leni looks just like a combination of Italian and German.

Interesting. Heidi has always struck me as the type that wouldn’t be into casual sex … she seemed committed to Flavio. Point aside, Seal is Leni’s dad. No one else.

Giadana: I had the same thought you had. I think he was probably referring to Seal maybe adopting Leni. I certainly hope that’s what’s happening – because I would hate to think of what would happen to Leni if something ever happened to Heidi and Seal hadn’t legally adopted her.

I wholeheartedly agree with everyone who says that biology is irrelevant. But unfortunately the legalities of the situation aren’t irrelevant, so for Leni’s sake I hope Seal does get the chance to adopt her at some point.

I don’t see why he’s acting like he cares all of the sudden. He didn’t want anything to do with Leni before she was even born. Now, nearly four years later, this comes up? Puh-lease!

Leni has a father. She’s had him since birth and before then. Seal is her father, and that’s all that matters.

Wasn’t Seal her legal father anyway? This Flavio Briatorre sounds like a real gem. Reminds me of this guy Liz Hurley had her son with.. Stephen Bing? I only hope they’ll wake up in 20 years wanting to have a relationship with their kids, which is then not going to happen.

Ahhhhhhhhhh thank you Louisa, I was feeling so lonely about Leni’s resemblance!

It’s not really important, but it pissed me off that everyone say that Leni looks like Heidi, because that’s not true! People say that just because they have the same hair colour. Leni has Flavio’s nose, Flavio’s lips, Flavio’s cheeks. I’m so angry that Flavio want to make us believe that Heidi is the cheater, but it’s him who has cheated, he left Heidi when she was pregnant for a 19 years old girl!

I think that those who believe that Seal is adopting Leni are right on the money.
I think Flavio is in the process of negotiating with Seal and Heidi to relinquish his parental rights in order for Seal to adopt Leni . They just understandably want it kept private until everything is final. This is why he can’t say anything and say’s hopes everything will be resolved soon.

I think it would be great for everyone involved if we are right and Seal does adopt Leni. As pointed out Seal is the only father she has known, he obviously adores her and treats her like she is already his daughter. His obvious careing for Leni is one of the reasons Heidi said she fell so much in love with Seal . Heidi was very lucky to find a man like Seal who seems very devoted and so much in love with her.

Mary: I think you misquoted the other poster. She didn’t say that Seal was the real father because he had been around her since birth, she said he was the real father because he had treated her as his own since birth – there’s a huge difference between those two statements. And I don’t see how you can compare the two situations. In Heidi and Seal’s case the biological father chose to walk out of Leni’s life and therefore Seal had every right to step up and be Leni’s father if he chose to, and he obviously did. In the case of Danielynn, Birkhead did not chose to remove himself from the baby’s life so if he is the father then Stern doesn’t have a right to be the baby’s father. If, on the other hand, Birkhead had chosen to walk away from Danielynn and Stern stepped in and lovingly, responsibly raised Danielynn then I would agree 100% that he is the baby’s real father in every way that matters. Seal chose to be a father to a child who didn’t have a father in her life, Stern (and this is assuming that Birkhead is the father) stole a child from her father. There’s a huge difference between those two things.

Deny Leni, I think that is a perfect idea because you are absolutely correct—you are not her father at all…..Seal IS Leni’s father.

So let us not be hard on Flavio Briatore because he speaks the truth…again Bravo!
