Jake Gyllenhaal looks forward to having kids someday

Jake Gyllenhaal is known as one of the best young actors in Hollywood.  Off-screen, while currently single, he hopes someday to balance his successful career with a family.

I definitely want to have kids.  I hope that I’ll be a good father, a conscious father, a mindful father.

For now, Jake is a proud uncle to five-month-old Ramona, the first child of his sister (and fellow actor) Maggie with her fiance Peter Sarsgaard.  Jake’s latest movie Zodiac opened this weekend.
