Aww, Violet’s getting so big. And so cute. Looking like Jen as always.

As if the other pictures weren’t cute enough! Ben and Violet are freakin adorable…and the whole family on a walk…so sweet! I LOVE Violet in her little hat completely content in daddy’s arms! I absolutely adore this family! And every picture I see, Violet gets cuter and cuter…and whichever parent she is with, se looks exactly like them…she’s the perfect mix of both Ben and Jen =)) GORGEOUS pics =))

- Megan on

They are at the beach in White Rock again, not Vancouver.

Violet is looking cute as ever. It’s nice to see family shots.

- Lorus on

Hey thats not too far from where I live thats in White Rock ..Along board walk. I go there all the time.Darn to bad I missed them.

- michelle anne on

I live in Vancouver… I love how the week that this family is/was here, there was snow on the ground. It was actually rather unexpected and a very unusual occurence. More unusual than in eastern Canada, anyway.

Violet is just the cutest! I think she looks just like Jennifer.

- fumar on

Wow, they should not have a baby out in weather like that.

- Em on

They are my favourite celeb couple/family. Ben and Jen seem so in love and normal. And little Violet is just the cutest baby!

- Aura on

Em: What do you think people do in places like Scandinavia, Alaska or Russia? Do you think they should just keep their kids at home from October to April just because the weather is bad? That’s silly. Kids can handle cold weather just fine as long as you buddle them up. It’s even good for their imumne system. Violet seems to be enjoying it :)

- fynn on

I just love how this cutie is always smiling ad how down to earth are her parents!

- popi on

@Em, of course they should have the baby out, a little cold will not kill her.

Flynet now also has some even cuter pics of Ben and Violet on their site. I love that they look like such an ordinary family.

- Sarita on

I disagree. Babies need fresh air, she is not a newborn and Violet is bundled up appropriately for the cold weather.

- Loralee on

cute cute cute!!!

em, why not??? Babies that are bundled correctly should have no problems in cold weather. Its germs that make people sick, not weather. i guess if you live where it is cold you aren’t supposed to ever take your child out?? Give me a break!

- tink1217 on

Em, are you kidding?

That is not even cold. In Canada the winters get to -30 regularily. The fact that they aren’t even in warm winter jackets and that Violet isn’t in a snowsuit means that it’s quite warm there, most likely -5 at the most. And that is beautiful weather to take your toddler out in. Not everyone with kids lives in California you know.

- MommyX1 on

Why shouldn’t they have her out in weather like that? She’s obviously well wrapped up and her parents would hardly take her out if they thought she’d be in any danger

- Lori on

Wow, sounds like Em is from a warmer climate. I am from Canada and its winter here, my youngest is the same age as Violet and when they are dressed appropriately its Ok to take them outside if its not -20,which it looks like in the pictures. Besides Vancouver doesn’t get very cold in winter anyway. Besides in other provinces it can be much colder like -30 and -40 and children are outside but dressed very warmly.Sometimes I think they are warmer than us adults..lol!

- canadian mom on

Em, fresh air is very good for everyone, even babies. In some areas of the world we have no choice but to bundle appropriately and take babies out in cold/snow/wind. It’s certainly much healthier than stale indoor air constantly.

- Jean on

actually, for vancouver to get snow past december is rare, very rare.

i live here, hitting -5 is pretty much as low as it gets durring our coldest moments in this city.

and cold is good for kids, keeping them locked inside with stagnent air is not.

- sandy on

some of us from warmer climates disagree with em, as I posted above! I have lived in florida all my life and even i know a little cold weather won’t hurt a baby, expecially not a newborn! besides, like I said before…germs make people sick, not cold weather!

- tink1217 on

I’m from Vancouver (White Rock is a suburb) and the weather lately has been averaging between 6 and 8 degrees Celsius. If my conversion is right that’s about 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Hardly cold enough to have to stay inside! My 6yo daughter is outside playing right now with just a sweater on top of her shirt and she’s just fine.

- Lorus on

i meant to type, “especially if they are not a newborn”!

- tink1217 on

Can tell you wasn’t -5 it more like +2 or so. looks chilly cause they are right by the ocean and it’s windy. though we have had snow it’s been like +5-+10 degrees cel here.
And like someone mentioned snow past dec is not normal but has happened, usually stays on the ground for like 1 day 2 tops before melting away.White Rock is beautiful I am so glad celebs are taking adevantage of it’s beauty.
The Afflecks’ are more then welcome to stay.Hey make the move permminate (sp?).LOL

- Michelle Anne on

she has dimples like her mother. Lucky…as Napoleon Dynamite would say

I live in White Rock and run along the boardwalk where this photo was taken all the time. On Wed. Feb. 28 just after 9am I ran right past Jen w/ Violet. I noticed Violet first because she was so adorable! I stopped and say “hey you’re Jennifer Garner aren’t you?” and she stopped and smiled and said yest and was very friendly. She had just been singing “Happy birthday” to Violet but I’m not sure why as I checked and it’s none of their birthdays. She was very warm and they seemed very happy. Violet was gorgeous! They seem like such a nice family.
