Aww… I still can’t get past the fact that so much can happen to such a sweet innocent child. At least she will have these photos of happy memories… hopefully they will someday, somehow in some little way overshadow the events of the past few weeks and she will see how loved she was.

I really do think she looks like Larry Birkhead though… she totally has his nose.

DannieLynn is definitely the spitting image of Larry… just hope he gets to prove who the real daddy is soon! hehe

I hate to say it, but I think she looks like Birkhead. I really believe that he’s the biological father, and that just breaks my heart for Howard.

I really dont think that releasing this particular photo was the classiest thing to do. I totally understand that bathtime is a great bonding time for mother/baby, and I can understand wanting to take photos of it, but I dont see why the public has to see them. They are intimate, nude photos. And I know that ANS has never had a problem with public nudity and this certainly has no kind of sexual overtones.. I just think that this particular photo would have done better in a private collection for Dannielynne when she gets older.

She is an adorable baby. I do think she looks like Larry and my gut is saying he is the father, but things could be completely weird and it might even end up that Howard AND Larry aren’t the father. There are so many men involved saying they could be the father…but, things seem really fishy with the Larry and Anna situation. He has said that they planned to get pregnant and that it was something they were actively doing together as a couple…so this makes me think he really has a strong chance of being the father. Does anyone know what will happen if he IS proven to be the father by the DNA test? Will the judge immediately order her into his custody? Or will there be tons of custody battlings over Danni by Howard? What happens to the money since Howard is the executor of the will?

I think this is beautiful picture of them. Not sexual in any way. Anna looks very happy. This makes the whole current situation so much sadder, she would never get over Daniel’s death but maybe she could regain some happiness with Dannilynn.

beautiful picture! and, i don’t think the baby looks underweight or like she is NOT thriving like that nanny said in her statement! in this pic Dannielynn does look like Birkhead, but in others I have seen she looks like HKS, so who knows! I hope its all solved soon.

I think she looks like Larry and I think she will be better off with Larry. Anna’s life was very dysfunctional, I hope she’s in a better place, and that Dannielynn ends up in the best place possible here on earth. She’s an adorable baby.

I’m bothered every time I see this picture, by the bubbles all over Dannilynn’s face! I don’t understand why anyone would think that a baby would like bubbles on her face and she is too young to have gotten them on her own face. The risk of getting the bubbles in the baby’s eyes and stinging is very high. It could also burn inside if bubbles got in her nose and surely not taste pleasant in her mouth. Most physicians recommend against using soap on a 3-month-old baby’s face and very few bubble baths are “tear-free”.

What i don’t get, is why this DNA test hasn’t been done already. She’s 5 months old! This should not be dragging out like this, this child deserves to be raised by her father (whomever he might be). Do the test, now, today, any further delay is clearly not putting the best interest of the child first. How long can it possibly take to do a few blood tests, for goodness sake?

@Castle 2, why are you being so…negative? Like, really, she could have dropped her head, as most babies do when they’re learning how to support their own heads, and got the bubbles on her face, Anna thought it was funny and called someone in to take a picture before she wiped Dannielynn’s face off. Simple, yet some people have to go make a big stink out of it. I don’t get it.

If Howard K. Stern is the father I will streak naked through the center of my home-town. That baby looks NOTHING like him…This paternity test is like my most highly anticipated event of the month. I am beginning to get obsessed! haha.

what i dont understand is why they needed her body for DNA, they know she is the mother so wouldn’t they just test Dannielynn to see who her father is? I think if she was Stern’s daughter she would have some of his distinguishing features.

Kelsey they want to keep Anna Nicole’s body because they wanted her DNA to make sure that the baby being tested was really hers and not a substitute. This has gone way to far lol.
I think that Dannielynn is beautiful, and definately Larry’s.

I think she looks like Larry too which is too bad for Howard, because I believe he is a good man and a loving father to Dannilynn and I think it would be earth shattering for him to lose Daniel, Anna and Dannielynn in such a short period of time.
I do wish they would just get the DNA test done and over with so all this nonsense would end.

That is such a cute photo! Dannielynn looks hilarious. I think it’s great she has lots of photos and video of her with her mum. She will know how much her mum loved her.
It’s still hard to believe Anna has gone.

I think the baby also looks exactly like Larry Birkhead and just don’t understand why the whole DNA testing thing is taking so long. I don’t think Howard K. Sterns motives were honest concerning Anna and also the baby. I think he is definately in it for the money and publicity. I just hope they do the DNA testing ASAP and let Larry take over custody of his daughter so the baby will get to know her real father.

WHY HASN’T THE DNA TEST BEEN TAKEN YET?

My understanding is that ANS wanted the DNA test to be taken in The Bahamas and LB wanted it taken under California jurisdiction. That is what all of the delay and fighting is about.

Apparently, The Bahamas has an unusual law. The parent of a child is determined by the name on the birth certificate ONLY. If a DNA test conflicts with that name, the rightful parent is still considered to be the one listed on the certificate.
