Is it really Jayden James Federline?

OK Magazine has published pictures of a baby in a pink coat, who they claim is Jayden James Federline, the yet-to-be seen son of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline. Jayden was born in September and we have only seen him quickly rushed into the house and pictures of supposedly him a few weeks ago through the glass windows of a dance studio. Jayden apparently became sick in NYC and had to be rushed to a pediatrician. He was treated, with Britney by his side and is apparently now well.

The magazine also talks about Jayden’s looks, Preston‘s love of his brother and why Britney has keep him in hiding. Jayden apparently has big blue eyes, unlike Sean Preston who has brown ones; "his big blue eyes light up the room." Preston adores Jayden; "Preston loves Jayden. He’s always kissing him." Britney has not debuted Jayden to the world as she is "just not ready yet" so she has been dressing the little boy, who she calls "baby-baby" in pink to disguise him from prying eyes and all those paparazzi.

I saw the dance studio picture and I believe it was Jayden James because the baby looked so much like Sean Preston when he was that age.
As for the baby in pink, I’d rather not say anything, mostly because it doesn’t make sense to me why Britney would dress him in pink when she can just cover him with a blanket like she already does.

I’m not too sure. The pictures x17 online had of baby Jayden show a different baby to this one. In the ones x17 had JJ looked alot more like SP.

weren’t there rumors that Britney was doing an interview with Vanity Fair and she would show the baby then? I think that’s why she’s been hiding him. Cute baby if it is Jayden which I think it is.

Nothing about this story makes sense, but then considering it is a Britney story, that isn’t too surprising. Dress him in pink to disguise him from prying eyes? Come on. It is Britney, and where Britney goes, prying eyes will follow no matter what the kids are dressed in. If anything, dressing him in pink is going to attract even MORE attention, not less! The whole thing is ridiculous!

I definately don’t think this is her baby. So many people went on to say Jayden looks like Sean and this baby looks like a previous poster said like Violet Affleck. I think they are just trying to be the “first” If it is him I would be very surprised. Cute baby but I doubt its Jayden James.

I don’t think that the baby in the picture is JJ. My first thought was that it looked like an old picture of Violet Affleck for some reason. What I don’t understand is that Britney sold her wedding pictures and SP’s first pictures, but now she’s hiding JJ…doesn’t make sense to me.

eh, i don’t know. he doesn’t look anything like SP. plus OK! has been writing these weird articles about Britney, basically everything’s awesome, the kids are awesome, britney is an awesome mom, awesome awesome awesome. either they’re sucking up to her or someone from her camp is paying them off, because even her (former) best friend since childhood think she’s not in a very good situation.

I don’t think that is JJ, but the reason I think she hiding him is because of the pending divorce. Since the Pre-Nup says any proceeds from photos of the children need to be split, she is probably trying to keep a low profile.

I really don’t understand why baby girls can use “blue navy” or all the colors that wants and baby boys can not. WHY NOT?

I don’t know if this baby is JJ but for sure I am not saying that because the baby is wearing a pink coat.

I agree, this baby looks nothing like Sean, unlike the baby in that gym-photo the other day. It looks a little bit like Violet Affleck but Violet’s eyes aren’t quite as round. Whoever that baby in the pink coat is, I don’t think it is Britneys son.

As for the eyes – “…big blue eyes” when both parents have brown eyes? I don’t think so. Sure, sometimes newborns have eyes that appear blueish in colour and that later turns to brown but Jayden should be nearly half a year old now and that “blue-stage” should be long gone… I’ve heard of children inheriting the eye colour of a grandparent and all that, but much more often than not it is the “brown gene” that dominates. My own son has brown eyes (albeit a lighter shade) like his father while mine are blue and he never had blue eyes, not even as a small baby… so who knows what’s going on there. Britney obviously tries to do a TomKat with her second child, being all mysterious about him (her?).
Still, the kid shown in the pic is cute and so is certainly Britney’s child as well.

I totally thought it was Violet Affelck as well, the eyes and ears look like her. Plus I agree that if she wants to keep him hidden she could just put a blanket on or something. Also he would be on the cover and every news outlet would have this story running. But then again, with Britney anything is possible…

What I think is strange is the obvious preference she shows for Sean. She always has him with her but she rarely has the other boy with her? Why was she so ready to show off her first born (and continuing to do so) but not the second?

I have no idea whether or not the baby is JJ but I do know that it doesnt matter what color the parents eyes, the baby can have a completely different color. All 3 of my nephews have very blue eyes and both parents have brown.

To the poster that said 2 brown eyed parents can’t have a blue eyed child. Well then you’d better explain to me how 2 of my kids have the brightest blue eyes you’ll ever see. My DH and I both have brown eyes as does our oldest but we know my father and maternal GM had blue eyes so it can most definetly happen. You should do a little gentic research before you make such outragous claims. That said I don’t know whether it’s JJ or not and don’t really care.

pink.lioness…it is def. possible he can have blue eyes. Both my parents have brown eyes and my brother and I both have blue eyes.

I don’t think it’s Jayden only bc I don’t buy anything this magazine prints. But it’s possible it could be him. So he doesn’t look like his brother….my cousin’s are like day and night. You would never know they were spawn from the same parents!

Whether or not it’s him I don’t see why she has to hide him. Nobody truly cares anymore about these babies “undercover”. well atleast I don’t.

i also thought it looked like violet at first glance. what i don’t get is if it his him then why not put another picture from a little farther to include who that baby was with. so far it seems like the couple of times JJ’s been out britneys been with him so if it was him then they should have been able to do a picture of them together. i also dont think she would dress him in pink to disguise him, i mean ifs shes out with two kids, they’re gonna be hers.

If I remember my genetics classes correctly, if both parents are a carrier of the ‘blue eye gene’ (they have a parent with blue eyes) and they both have brown eyes, it’s definitely possible they could have a child with blue eyes. My hubby and I are like that, but so far both our children have brown eyes too.

I hope we get to see J.J. soon…if he looks anything like his big brother he’ll be adorable!

I don’t buy it but i will say that me and my brothers look nothing alike. My parents and I all have brown eyes and dark hair. One of my brothers is red haired and the other is blonde and they both have blue eyes.

Eye colour has to do with recessive genes, not just the colour of the parents eyes. Any colour combination is possible.

I don’t understand hiding JJ but not SP.
It’s the same with Brangelina. Always out with Mad & Z but not Shiloh. Obviously hiding babies is the new Hollywood craze!

To the brown eyed moms of blue eyed kids – sorry I didn’t mean to upset anyone. If I did, I apologize. But I never said it was impossible for brown-eyed parents to have a blue eyed child, only that it’s rather uncommon since the “brown gene” is usually stronger (dominant) than the “blue-gene”, and that’s not outrageous, it’s just a fact.

It strongly depends not just on the parent’s eye colours but also on the grandparent’s and siblings, and as far as I know from internet photos the whole Spears family and Kevins parents are all brown-eyed…

Tomkat waited 7 months jayden is just five, hey what does it matter we dont own these people. Britney and her little family have been through a lot since JJ was born.. If it were me I would hardly want to take the trash out let alone parade me and mine in magazines…. Just a thought.
