Reese Witherspoon on motherhood

Reese Witherspoon, mom to Ava Elizabeth, 7, and Deacon Reese, 3, says that she can accept the little ‘gifts’ mother nature has given her, because it was all part of the process of getting her children.

I am covered in stretch marks andcellulite but it doesn’t bother me at all. My body will never be the sameagain but I really don’t care.

She also talked about being a hands-on mom, somewhat of a rare thing in Hollywood circles. She said,

People [assume and] often ask me who my chef and nanny are and I say, ‘Me!’ Ilove being a hands-on mother.

Reese is hands down my favourite celebrity mom. She is a talented, young woman who could care less about her body and more for the well-being of her children. I love the fact that she is always with them, loves cooking for them, and loves spending time with them. That is a rare occurrence in Hollywood.
