Celebrity Baby Fit Tip #4: Change your diet and breastfeed

Mariska Hargitay loved being pregnant, but was ready to take charge of her own body again. To lose the 55 pounds she gained before giving birth to son August Hermann on June 28th, 2006, she is breastfeeding and eating healthier by cutting down on dairy, sugar and wheat.  She has said, "it’s not about me anymore. It’s all about him."

As role models it is great to see celebrity moms practicing healthy habits for their babies. A mom can literally mold the future health of her baby with proper nutrition and exercise during pregnancy and nursing.
