Ellen Pompeo calls Patrick Dempsey 'A Good Dad'

Grey’s Anatomy Ellen Pompeo, 37, tells People Magazine that her co-star Patrick Dempsey, 41, is ‘A Good Dad’, "I think the thing about Patrick is, obviously he has a tremendous love for his wife and his daughter, but he has a tremendous sense of duty." And she also adds, "

He’s really sort of old-fashioned in that way – he’s got a good sense of being a gentleman and taking care of his family, and that’s what makes him a good dad. It’s an admirable quality.

Patrick and wife Jillian have daughter Talula, 4 1/2, and recently welcomed twin boys Darby and Sullivan. Ellen has been engaged to music producer Chris Ivery since November 2006.

I really like Ellen as well. During the Oprah special where she visited the Grey’s set, Ellen and Patrick were sitting next to one another, and when Patrick mentioned how amazing his daughter is, Ellen was beaming. I wish the rumor about her being pregnant a month ago had turned out to be true, but who knows-maybe Meredith and Derek will have a McBaby!

She said something nice.About Patrick Dempsey. She is not a nice person. If he was female, and a waitress, she’d be talking about stabbing him, and saying that he was wearing too much makeup. Patrick is a nice guy, and I really love the show, but who is this woman to comment on his married life? Whatever he has between his wife is their thing, and she needs to keep her ugly mug out of it.She’s just saying he has a sense of duty because she’s trying everything she knows how to get him in bed, and he’s rejecting her. She’s just trying to make herself feel better about it, when the truth is he would never touch her in a million years because she’s too fugly and anorexic. A sense of duty? Maybe the guy is just in love with his wife, and loves his child. She’s making it seem like he’s just with them because he has to be. What a witch!! Do you recall her saying she hates doing love scenes with him? Because she did say that. She also does seperate interviews from all of the other cast because she says she’s the star of the show. When was she ever nice?
