Laura Ponte, pregnant for the third time!

01/25/2007 at 01:53 PM ET

Update: CBB reader Josette tells us that Laura has announced that she is not expecting.

Originally posted January 17th: Model Laura Ponte, and wife of the nephew of the Spanish King, is pregnant for the third time. The couple married in 2004 and have two children, Luis Felipe and Laura, both born the same day (the first of July, 2005 and 2006), one year apart. Who knows if the third baby will be born the same day?

The announcement surprised the press, because of the short time between her pregnancies and births.

Do your children share s?  How do you celebrate them?

I don’t share a birthday with my sister and don’t have kids, but one of my good friends and her sister have the same birthday 2 years apart. They celebrate by just celebrating 2 birthdays, they each get their own cake and they go out to eat 2 nights in a row so one can choose wear one night and the other can choose the next night. They alternate so every other year they get to have their choice of dinner on their b-day.

I just wanted you guys to know that Doña Laura Ponte said to the press that she isn’t pregnant for the third time!

(p.s. I know you are moderating all the replys and I’m ok with it if you guys just change your information, without posting this message!)

I know someone who has a daughter (age 3) & son (age 1) who are exactly 2 years apart. She purposely scheduled her the c-section birth of her son on her daughter’s birthday so that her kids could share a birthday. I thought that was really weird. Why not separate them by a day so they each could have their special day?

Connor and Cole, my identical twin boys and Annika, my almost 7 month old baby girl are all born on July 4th, one year apart. Labor wasn’t induced and no c-sections planned–just happened naturally.

I feel like they are going to hate having the same birthday and even more so ‘cos it’s July 4th! Niki and Ethan, my older 2 have already expressed how happy they are that they do not share the same birthday as anyone else:).

Hi, I share my birthday exactly with my brother who is exactly 3 years older. He was expected two days before, so 20th of October, I was expected 5th of november but share the 22nd of October, this year I turn 18 he turns 21.
Something great is that even at the day itself only differs 1,5 hours.

We always celebrated together, we just love it, it feels special. Don’t mind at all.

We agreed that when we both left the house, that he can celebrate on the even years on the day itself, because he was born in an even year 1986, and I can celebrate at uneven years. The other has to celebrate at another day…

"I had to make a decision that I could sleep with every night. I did feel responsible for the young girls who I probably confused and let down. I apologize for that. But I wasn't trying to glamorize teen pregnancy."
