L'ovedbaby: The nursing shawl that does it all
by guest reviewer Lisa
L’ovedbaby has come up with the perfect solution to discreetly nursingin public. Their innovative Nursing Shawl is lightweight, stylish andmost of all functional. I loved that unlike other nursing covers thatlook like a bib or apron this nursing shawl looks like an article ofclothing so you wont call even more attention to yourself while nursingyour baby.
The Shawl is lightweight, breathable and is supersoft onbabies delicate skin. Not only does it let you nurse privately, but also helps to protect baby from distractions. It also eliminatesthe need of expensive nursing clothing as it provides ample coveragefor mom and baby, and with its roomy neckline, mom and baby can easilysee each other. It comes in its own matching drawstring bag and foldsso small it will fit in any diaper bag. Also, unlike other covers I haveseen this one actually can be used for other things. I have used mineas a canopy for the carseat to keep the sun or prying hands off my babybut it can also be used as a stroller canopy, pumping shawl, apregnancy poncho or even a lightweight blanket. If you are a nursing mom who is modest about nursing in public, it truly is one ofthose must have mommy items!
L’ovedbaby recently introduced a line of super soft clothing. The Cotton Basics Collection is made of 100% cotton and is available insizes preemie through 12 months. I like that all of the clothing is mixand match and are offered in six muted colors. I also like that theclothes are basic and simple and can be used with other clothing inbaby’s wardrobe. All of the long sleeved items are gloved to keeplittle hands warm and the footed sleeper haselastic around the ankles to keep little footsies in place. Theirsleeveless onesies and coveralls are perfect for the summer! At a very affordable price range of $6 to $15 per item, the Cotton Basics Collection is sure to be a staple in your baby’s ever growing wardrobe.
Brooke Shields recently called L’ovedbaby‘s owner/designer to say how "yummy and delicious" the Cotton Basics were. Little Grier is truly a L’ovedbaby as Brooke also uses the Nursing Shawl and Bottle Tree.
