CBB Sneak Peek: Lance Armstrong's ex to be on Rachael Ray

Kristin Armstrong, ex-wife to retired cyclist Lance Armstrong and mother of his three children, son Luke and twin daughters, Grace and Isabelle, will be on The Rachael Ray Show Thursday.

While Kristin will be there to discuss her new book, Happily Ever After, about her divorce from the Tour de France champ and her first year after they split, she also discusses being the mother to children of divorce and her primary goal for not letting her and Lance’s divorce cloud their perspective on love.

"Showing them that love can remain even though circumstances change, love is unconditional," Kristin says on the show.

Kristin and Lance divorced amicably in 2003 after five years of marriage.

This goes against the rules…however, I cannot hold my tongue. I think Lance Armstrong is a real louse disguised in biker shorts and plastic yellow bracelets. He has the strength to overcome cancer (w/ the loving support of his then wife), yet cannot muster the same positive energy towards saving/reviving/nurturing his marriage.

I love her!
Im glad she isnt like so many other SOFPs (Spouses of famous people) that IMMEDIATELY blame their spouse for everything.

And Im glad shes set the record straight that SHERYL CROWE did not break them up.
I was tired of seeing Sheryl hurt by false accusations.
