Amanda de Cadenet and Nick Valensi welcome twins

Update: The twins names are Ella, as was originally reported, and Silvan, Amanda tells Hello! UK. "I don’t know where [Mitzi and Viktor] came from. We had decided on Ella before she was born, but didn’t know what would suit the little boy. Nick kept suggesting names I vetoed. Eventually, we agreed on Silvan."

Originally posted October 24th: Rumor is the names are Mitzi Nicholle and Viktor Jamison.

Originally posted October 23rd: Brit star Amanda de Cadenet, 34, and her rocker husband, Nick Valensi, 25, guitarist for the Strokes, welcomed a set of boy/girl twins in Los Angeles on Thursday, October 19th. The babies weighed in at 6 lbs each and are healthy after a brief stay in the NICU for the boy due to issues with temperature regulation.

The couple have apparently chosen the name Ella for their daughter, but their son remains unnamed for now while the parents make their choice. The babies join older half sister Atlanta Noo, 14.

I know it’s a picky detail, but he’s actually guitarist for The Strokes, not drummer (that’s Fabrizio Moretti). Thanks :)

I like Viktor, but not crazy about Mitzi. But hey, they didn’t ask me (why should they).
