NEST by Swanky features swanky and comfy maternity wear
Currently featured in two of our favorite parenting magazines, the January 2007 issue of Pregnancy & Newborn, and the February 2007 issue of Child , is one of our favorite maternity lines, NEST by Swanky. Formerly called Maternitee by Swanky, the line features super soft, stylish and comfortable maternity wear that can be easily worn into the infamous fourth trimester. Most of their pieces are made of viscose with lycra which means they are buttery soft and have some give and will grow with you and shrink with you.
We told you back in July that Maggie Gyllenhaal (now mom to Ramona Saarsgard) was photographed wearing their Gaucho pants (which our contributor Whitney described as "one of the most comfortable pair of pants I own").
Now we’ve learned that Brooke Shields, Mariska Hargitay, Heidi Klum and Britney Spears are also fans of the line. During their pregnancies, all five mamas wore their 3-in-1 Dress ($110). The dress is extremely versatile and can be worn as a halter or strapless dress or a skirt (pictured above). They also all have their Gauchos (pictured left, normally $65, now $39). Mariska wore their Bolero (normally $39, now $23) and Double-V Shirt (normally $56, now $34), as did Heidi. It won’t surprise you to learn that Britney has their Pregnant Mudflap Girl Tee ($38).
