The Donald is a pig. Boycott his show.

OK, here is a girl that is going places– regardless if The Donald is her father I think she will really be uber-successful. Or maybe she will b/c Donald is her father? I can’t figure it out? Nature or Nuture?

- stacy on

Good think she takes after her mom and not her unattractive, delusional father. Ivana was quite a looker in her day. Ivanka seems really great – though it must be hard to deal with her father as a boss and a dad – especially given his personality.

I agree with the top poster – boycot this misogynist/bigot’s show.

Donald Trump is a low life. I hope that the ratings on his show hit an all time low. I will not be watching it.

Well, either way, I think she sounds like a really smart woman. And also, I don’t think Donald is completely to blame in this situation. I would have reacted the same way (but, then again, I’m known for my bad temper…lol). Rosie is a bully, and I’m getting a little sick of her (have you ever read her blog?! She can’t even spell correctly, and she seems ignorant).

Ever heard the saying, “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all?”

Anyway, Ivanka is just beautiful and seems to be really successful, regardless if it’s because of her dad or because of herself.

Rosie never called Donald a fat ugly slob and she never went on Larry King and Access Hollywood. He told the world Rosie’s fat, disgusting, her boss hates her and her wife only married her for her money, just because Rosie dared to call him out for exploiting a young girl’s problems for tv ratings (which I believe he did). I think Rosie hit a little too close to the bone and Donald is a baby and WAY overreacted. Rosie’s not perfect, but she didn’t deserve the all-out verbal assault she got from him.

I think it’s really lucky Ivanka is so pretty, because I’d hate to think of how he’d treat his daughter if she were ugly or (gasp!) even fat.

I’m sure Ivanka is a very nice young lady and i’m sure Donald is a good father to his kids. In his defense, Rosie doesnt know when to bite her tongue and he just felt really insulted. He may have taken it a bit too far but i agree with Ash. Im getting a little tired of Rosie’s over opinionated self. It’s just odd how she can be nasty at times but when someone is nasty to her, its not okay. They are both immature.

I agree that Rosie must have hit on some sore spots for the Donald, given his reaction to her comments, however I feel Rosie was completely off base for criticizing his actions. I mean what was her point anyway? To be honest, I too think she’s an idiot. I hate that she’s completely taken over The View, it’s like the Rosie O’Donnel show or something. Yuck! It’s obvious the other women only tolerate her. One good thing is, someone’s finally got Joy Behar to shut up.

Well, Rosie must have hit where it hurts since The Donald can’t stop ranting and raving, not about the merits of what she said (his companies DID file for bankruptcy–I guess if it’s the investors and shareholders losing money, it’s OK in Donald’s book) but about her looks and sexuality. Wheter you like her or not, she’s a comedian who appears on a talk show called “The View”–she’s supposed to be outspoken. I for once completely agree with her comments and him overreacting and carrying on like a whining child (while he claims to be a serious businessman) tells you all you need to know about his overblown ego. BTW, many MALE comedians commented and much more crudely how Miss USA kept her title and yet he didn’t attack them. Seems to me that The Donald can’t handle women who didn’t have to rely on their looks to get to the top-remember his treatment of Martha Stewart?
Well, Invanka seems smart and poised and she should stay out of this. I’m dissapointed, however, that she got a very large boob job recently–I guess you need a huge set of knockers to fit in the Trump organization.

Things get said about celebrities by other celebrities all the time. Rosie fan or not. What Rosie said was the truth. An interview with Ivanka states that she believes Rosie “started” it. What exactly is the issue? In a documentary “Born Rich”, Ivanka recalls an incident with her father that ocurred during his bankruptcy that a “bum” on the street had more money than he did. Donald DID leave Ivana for Marla and Marla eventually left him for the same reason. Now the one he’s with now? Is it love or for the love of money? eew not to mention he is quoted as saying that if Ivanka wasn’t his daughter he’d “go” for her too! Moral compass indeed! Get over yourself Donald!

Ivanka is really beautiful, not that it needs to be said- it’s pretty darn obvious. I think Donald is very out-of-touch with reality. Probably because he is used to being able to say whatever he wants with no repercussions. He comes off as a caracature, not a real person.

- melanie on

Ivanka is a lovely girl and seems to have a good work ethic. As much as I do not like “The Donald,” he and Ivana must be doing something right, as you never see photos of their three children out partying late at night, getting drunk, and generally causing a scene.

I read a recent article about Ivanka, where she says that she works 12 hour days at her dad’s company and only goes out on weekends. Good for her for having her priorities in order!

I was sorely disappionted that Ivanka made a public statement with her father on this issue…. I’d hoped she’d had more class. *sigh*
