Gwen Stefani and Kingston were spotted out in Los Angeles on Friday, going to lunch at the Ivy. Kingston, 6 1/2 months, was sporting a faux hawk!

estherpanda, I agree with you, but I don’t think that people are necessarily “fascinated” by him, rather he is terribly overexposed by his mom and therefore in every other celebrity baby picture we see nowadays! He is really cute though

I love how Gwen always includes Kingston in what she is doing; instead of leaving him at home with nannies to take care of him. It’s wonderful that she can promote her new album and be a mom at the same time. Cute Mohawk!

I like how expressive Kingston’s eyebrows are. Also, I think it is better for Gwen to “expose” the baby rather than attempt to hide him, which in return will make photographs of him unique and expensive which would cause the photographers to get crazy and be extremely dangerous.

Does Gwen make it a point to have the paparazzi around her everywhere she goes? It’s great that she takes her son with her everywhere but she is definitely overexposing him.
Note from Danielle, CBB Publisher: I am pretty sure Gwen does not call the paparazzi so they can follow her around. The paparazzi STALK A-list celebs. They know their travel plans, their regular schedules, they park outside out their homes (and hotels when they travel) and follow them.

Kingston is such a doll! I adore how Gwen always has him with him, and I agree with Lorus.. if she was without him everyone would be asking why that was. Give the girl a break, she seems to be a fantastic mum, and she can’t help that the paparazzi are everywhere she goes.
Anyway, I’m loving the faux-hawk on King, even though he barely has any hair ;].

Shes a free woman and can do whatever she pleases. She shouldn’t have to worry about “over exposure” everytime she goes to the store for tampons or something.
And she NEEDS to take him everywhere- she can’t leave her boobs at home!
Just because she is a celeb and a mom doesn’t mean she needs to hide one from the other. Shes a working woman. The busiest woman in Holloywood right now if you ask me!

I find nothing wrong with Gwen taking Kingston everywhere. She’s his mother and he’s her kid. She’s more than made it clear that she loves traveling with him, doting on him. She’s his mother! Hello!
She loves being a mother, period. It’s better than leaving him at home for hours on end, while she’s off doing whatever.
As for Kingston looking like Sean Preston, I don’t see it. *shrugs*
I just find him adorable, as I do most other babies. They have adorable, though different, qualities about them.

There’s actually video of this at x17online and gwen says “take the shot and leave us alone yeah” and she goes on to say “kingston’s probably thinking what the heck is going on?” She was shopping w/ a friend but when she did go to the IVY, when she left she let her friend trail about a minute behind holding kingston so he wouldn’t be mobbed..the papz actually want her more because they didn’t really snap kingston when he was w/ the friend.

I love Gwen and how hands on she is but, no one goes to the Ivy without knowing there will be dozens of paps there. That place is for celebs who want to be seen.
