Will Smith and hiswife Jada Pinkett Smith and their children attended The Pursuit of Happyness premiere in LA on Thursday. The film witnesses the debut of Will and Jada’s son, Jaden, 8. Also in attendence were Trey, who will be 14 this month, and Willow, 5.

The movie is actually “The Pursuit of Happyness.” It is intentionally misspelled, which I’m hoping to find out why once I see it!

What an attractive family. It’s great to see a picture of Trey- haven’t seen one for awhile now! I can’t get over how much all 3 of the kids look alike! 
I have often heard that Jada & Trey have a very close relationship & that she treats him exactly like the other 2 kids…that’s wonderful. Makes me admire her all the more.

I can tell you the reason for the misspelling. There is a sign in the movie in front of a day care center that has that particular spelling. (I read that somewhere) along with everyone else, I agree that this is one beautiful family. Jada used a term once, not stepmom..but it was bonus mom. I believe it was on “The View” (could be wrong), several years back. She gave a really heartfelt explanation. Neat term…bonus mom.

I love that quote posted that Jada said about Trey, and I saw her say it on t.v. and thought what a wonderfuo woman she sounds like. If you look at the pictures in justjared there are more of this adorable family, and a few pictures of Jada with Trey and Jaden. They look like a really close family and I hope they are one celebrity couple that stays together, adorable kids too.

I think it is so cool that Jaden is named after Jada and Willow is after Will. Not everyone can do that! Very cool.

I think it is so awesome how Jada has embraced Trey and treats him like one of her own kids. Far too often celebrities (I won’t mention names) seem to clearly favor their biological kids over their partner’s children from previous marriages/relationships. That is clearly not the case here. Good for them!
