Nicole Kidman denies pregnancy

There has been lots of pregnancy rumors surrounding newlyweds Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, and Nicole has finally put them to rest, "No, I am not pregnant … one minute I’m being told I’m too thin, the next I’m told I’m fat and it must be because I’m expecting a baby. It’s very confusing." Nicole’s family are even starting to believe the rumors, "My mum rang me up and said, ‘Are you pregnant?’ And I said, ‘No, Mum, you’d be the first to know.’ And we just laughed about it because there’s not much else you can do."

Nicole has made it clear that she would like more children, she has two children from her marriage to Tom Cruise: Isabella, 12 and Connor, 11. Keith is still in rehab being treated for alcoholism.

I think she will never confirm her pregnancy untill it is too obvious to every one. This is just normal for any serious woman.

I really wish the press would just leave this woman alone. She doesn’t court attention like Britney/Paris/Lindsay, and doesn’t deserve to stalked. I also think it’s really rude to speculate and hound a woman who is nearing 40 about her fertility. I’m sure she is desperate to get pregnant, and doesn’t need to pressure of everybody asking her about it every week. I’m not a huge Nicole Kidman fan, but I feel bad for her! Her husband is in rehab – maybe she doesn’t feel their marriage is stable enough to have a baby right now, or maybe she has no “alone time” with him to even conceive. He’s not exactly living at home, sharing her bed….

I agree with PSB, it’s her business…she might not even want to be/get pregnant. Just because people are married or nearing 40 doesn’t necessarily mean that their lives are over if they don’t have biological kids. Although we chose to have kids, my husband and I have friends and a few relatives who have chosen not to have children. We forget in society sometimes that it is an option not to have children and that’s okay too.

I just wish people would leave her alone. Her husband is in rehab for goodness sakes. One thing at a time. And as someone pointed out, perhaps she does not want to have children, maybe she wants to adopt some more!
