Ben Affleck plans family with Ellen DeGeneres

On today’s episode of Ellen, Ellen DeGeneres asked Ben Affleck if he wanted more kids.  Ben told her, "You know… I would love to."  But then he realized he shouldn’t be planning his family with someone other than his wife Jennifer Garner. 

He told Ellen, "I think I should probably talk to my wife before I talk to you."

I thought he acted sort of aloof and jerkish on Ellen. The interview seemed to be pretty awkward and Ellen seemed to be put off by some of his comments. Just my opinion.

I agree a.j. I was disappointed because I was hopeful that he’d be as sweet at Jen when they got married but I’m now thinking that perhaps he didn’t change as much as I had hoped he had. The interview seemed awkward!

I thought Ben said some great things about Jen and Violet. I don’t think we should judge Ben and Jen’s relationship by one interview.

If anything I thought it was strange that Ellen was promoting Ben’s appearance as him talking about his family. Ben has made a point not to talk his family during interviews. That alone could have caused some tension.

I think whatever awkwardness was due to some kind of falling out between Ben and Ellen. The interview started with Ben saying why haven’t you returned my calls?
This interview is out of sync with all the other Hollywoodland interviews Ben has done.
