Ha,ha,ha! Look at Zahara’s face!

Adoptions by Americans in Cambodia have been on hold for several years now, and I think, even if they were open, they couldn’t adopt because they have kids; the law in Cambodia used to be you couldn’t adopt from there if you already had kids.

Besides, they’re in Vietnam right now; new pics came out.

I don’t think they will adopt from Cambodia b/c Maddox came from there. I seem to remember Angelina saying that she wanted to adopt from all over the world. Also, I would think she and Brad would wait a little while with Shiloh being so young.

They can’t adopt from Cambodia right now. Its is illegal for any American to adopt from there. I did a paper on this a few years back. The U.S. government will not allow any adoption from Cambodia due to the “baby buying issue” there. I pretty sure the U.S. has not lifted that ban yet. Cambodia still has problems of people paying for young girls to give their babies up. It’s a shame, there are so many orphanes there.

I thought Cambodia closed off adoptions to foreigners after Angelina adopted Maddox?

Since they’re in Vietnam now watch out for more adoption rumors. While in India Brad did a televised interview and was asked if they were going to adopt. He said “No, its not the right time.” Get ready for when they go to NOLA, the rumors will follow them there too. *rolls eyes*

I don’t think everytime they visit a country they are making plans for adoption. People now just assume. I think they’ll adopt elsewhere and I think they’ll wait a year or more to do so. Maybe they are just researching their options right now.

Hmmmm…. my sister works at the US Embassy in Haiti and there is a rumor going around the Embassy that Brad and Angelina are going to adopt from Haiti next.

The only thing I can say is: have you noticed how gorgeous Zahara is in that picture? My Gosh, she’s so, so cute.

I think Angie looks rather skinny!

I agree with MB, I don’t think they’d adopt from Cambodia again.

I really think they should wait a couple of years before adopting again.

Whoa. How recent is that picture? Angelina’s arms look scary-skinny.

Personally, I dont think that it’s a good time for them to adopt right now, but if they do, then I’m sure they’ll do it with the best intentions and give plenty of thought to the positive and negative ramifications of that decision.

I think they were probably there to teach Maddox a little about his background. Not to adopt.

Ang is so terribly thin

"I had to make a decision that I could sleep with every night. I did feel responsible for the young girls who I probably confused and let down. I apologize for that. But I wasn't trying to glamorize teen pregnancy."
