It’s obvious that Mariska is wise to the absolute importance of laughter. Good for her!! I love that she is so in tune with her little guy, and teaching him that “in this family, we laugh!” love it

On a side note, does anyone know if Mariska pronounces her son’s name like the month August or, as it was reported when he was born, Ah-goost?

michelle, they pronounce it like the month, at least on all the interviews she says it that way.

August is pronounced like the month. I saw Mariska in an interview and she said his name like the month, which makes me VERY happy, haha.

Anyway, I love her and hearing news about her is always great.

Ok good. If it was pronounced the other way, it would be a little strange. But she does look great since the birth!

I saw August in US Weekly recently, he is a cutie. Looks like Mariska with beautiful blue eyes, too cute.
