Madonna on Guy Ritchie's parenting style

It’s always sad when a mother feels the need to run down her partner’s parenting skills just to make herself feel more competent. Doesn’t she realize that it says something bad about her as well, that she didn’t seek a good father for her children and/or that she’s not helping him improve his parenting skills?

I got the impression it was a tongue in cheek comment.

now we know who the fun parent is! and i think it’s who we all thought it would be!

Ummm, where did she “run down” Guy?

She didnt insult him at all!

Ummm… so it’s okay for other people to call their husband’s less strict, or more strict, with the kids but when Madonna does she’s “running” her husband down and insecure? C’Mon. Madonna has ALWAYS said she was really strict with the kids and Guy was the fun parent. She has NEVER put him down, and if people think that then they need a reality check. She’s not the first, nor will she be the last, mother who calls her husband the “fun parent.”

Those kids are probably thrilled when mommy goes out of town! Guy sounds like a fun dad.

Thank goodness Madonna loves her children enough to provide a stable environment and instill safety and security in their lives. She sounds like a wonderful Mom!

That RED mark is from BANGING her head against the floor after listening to all those Scientology C.D.s being played near her crib.
