Actress Nicole Sullivan expecting first child
Actress Nicole Sullivan, 36, (Mad TV, Scrubs, King of Queens) and her husband Jason are expecting their first child, a baby boy, in May.

Robin Elise Weiss, from About.com’s pregnancy guide, tells us, "If Nicole is really due in May and already knows that her baby is a boy – then chances are she’s done some genetic testing, like an amniocentesis or even the chorionic villus sampling (CVS). Some women who are over 35 do choose to do this form of genetic testing, which is done earlier in the pregnancy and can tell you if the baby is healthy as well as if the baby is a girl or a boy. Ultrasound isn’t usually performed until 18-22 weeks for sex determination. If she were due 5/1/07, she’s be about 16 weeks pregnant now, making ultrasound fairly inaccurate for this purpose.
