Diane Farr creates a Bratt Decor nursery

Numb3rs star Diane Farr is expecting her first baby, a little boy, with her husband  Seung in February.  Her publicist contacted Bratt Decor to let them know that Diane had been eyeing their furniture for weeks. She came to them knowing exactly what she wanted, no hesitation.

Bdcv01gd1 Bdch11ed2 Diane chose the Venetian Cast Iron Crib in gold, the Chelsea Dresser/Changer in espresso   and two Dick wall shelves.

The Venetian Crib is gorgeous and versatile. It comes complete with four posters and cross bars, which allows three completely different looks for the crib, all for one very reasonable price.  For a more dramatic look, simply screw the four posters on, and, voila, you have a four poster crib. If it’s a very ornate look you’re after, add the cross bars and drape your favorite fabric.  It’s available in the following finishes: antique white, pewter, slate.

Diane is very excited about motherhood and her new stylish, designer nursery. Be sure to check out the upcoming nursery spread in Life & Style featuring Diane, the new baby and their elegant furnishings by Bratt Decor.

That is DEFINITELY my first baby’s crib without a doubt! Beautiful…

It is stunning. BUT…I hate to rain on anyone’s parade but castiron cribs make me cringe. We had a nice wood one, when my son started pulling himself up which is what age…6, 7 months…he fell and hit his head on the cribs so many times. As is was he was always getting bruises during that awkward pulling up/crawling/learning to walk stage which lasted a longggg time, many months. An iron crib seems dangerous to me, imagine his head hitting that thing. These are all the things first time moms don’t think about.

yep, i was worried about iron cribs being safe for just that reason. both my kids would fall in their cribs too and I would have been really worried about bruises with an iron crob. BUT….that said, if I ever have another girl I was looking at a white iron crib that is just beautiful. I would be so torn between the beauty of it and the functionality of it. All in all, baby’s safety is most important. Bratt Decor is VERY expensive!! Congrats to them, though. It is so much fun to design the nursery!!
