Britney, like all celebs can afford all the help in the world she needs. Most of us would be able to lose the baby fat quickly if we had personal trainers, nutritionists, and a personal chef preparing all our meals for us.

I lost a little more than 20lbs 6 weeks after I had my daughter, it's entirely possible!
I highly doubt any surgery was actually performed because surgens do not want to operate on a paitient, unless they have to in order to save a life, whose body is not healed from a previous surgery or illness. Surgens do not want to cause any more trauma to the body because they would be held liable if something went wrong.
As for diet and excersise, I know many moms who don't listen to the 6 week rule, she looks great and I don't think people should be criticizing her for every move she makes. How would you feel if it were you??

She has a HUGE scar going from hip to hip... Did anyone bother to look at that high-res image someone linked to, just a few posts up? And did anyone bother to image search google for "abdominoplasty scar" and "c-section scar." Compare them, people. It's obvious she's had a tummy tuck. I'm a total believer now.

Looking at those pictures of the supposed tummy tuck scar, I don't know. In the first one that preesi posted, it didn't even look at all like a scar to me, it looks more like the fine line some women get when they sit and then get up. Then in the second pictre it looks more like a scar, but if it were, wouldn't it cut right through her tattoo? The line goes right to the middle of it.

I think Britney looks healthy after her pregnancy. Who knows if she lost the entire weight gained or how much she even gained during the pregnancy.

The clothes she is wearing in the latest photos are very flattering for postpardum and you really can not tell how much was lost. 40 pounds is really not that much for some women to gain during a pregnancy. All pregnancies differ from person to person.

You all have to remember, Britney was extremely fit and worked out prior to both of her pregnancies and during.

With exercising, the weight comes off much quicker. Britney was never a skinny girl to begin with, but slender with a healthy toned body (compared to many celeb's in the magazines today). I gained almost 70 pounds with my 1st child, but I had alot of water. In addition, I am 6'ft tall and weighed 150 prior to pregnancy, so I was not a small girl but healthy. I had the baby 9 months ago and only 10 pounds away, but lost most in the first two months, since I exercised prior to being pregnant and during my pregnancy.

I don't see what the big deal about Britney losing say 30lbs, is because most celebrities look great after having kids. Heidi Klum, Brooke Shields, Angelina Jolie,Kate Hudson, and Denise Richards just to name a few of many. It's just that when it comes to Britney, she is damned if she does and damned if she doesn't. If she didn't look great some people would say, wow she stood fat. And I don't see how it would make an average mom feel bad, because nobody should feel they have to do the same thing Britney or any celebrity mom does. That being said, I'm a personal trainer and seen plenty of woman drop 25-30 in 4 weeks. They especially look good when they, didn't gain a huge amount of weight to begin with. As for Britney having a tummy tuck, who really knows but if she did, I'm sure she ain't the 1st celebrity to do it. But even if she did, her face, arms, and legs look thinner and that comes from losing weight in general, not just a tummy tuck. Anyway Britney looks great, and can't wait to see her new little guy.

For everyone swearing she had a tummy tuck, the recovery from that is terrible and lasts for weeks, my mom had one in March. Tummy tucks do not cut into the muscle like a c-section but they involve removing large amounts of skin, and nerves go with that skin. I definitely do not think she had one. It also leaves a long scar from hip to hip. Some people just bounce back easier, others have a tough time, It's called genetics. If Brit's been taking care of herself this time, that's why.

I don't think there is anything wrong with wanting to get back in shape. I did not work for awhile after I had my son, an hour or two away from him a day was healthy for me and did not ruin the time when he was a baby. Working out cleared my mind and kept me in touch with myself...if mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy! =)

I lost 30 pounds right after my baby was born by doing nothing but breastfeeding. It's definately possible.

My daughter is now 10 months and I've lost 104 pounds and went from an 18 to a 4 by doing the Weight Watchers programs with BF'ing points. It's definately possible without surgery. She could have done nothing and just lost the 26 pounds. Its not that far fetched. Most of my friends have lost 20-30 pounds within the first month as well.
