Publicity princess Lizzie Grubman expecting first child

Update: Gatecrasher reports that baby to be is a boy.

Originally posted May 10th: Page Six reports that PR guru Lizzie Grubman and her new husband Chris Stern are expecting a honeymoon baby. Lizzie refused to comment, but a source says, "It is very early on…but Lizzie is ecstatic. [Lizzie] has wanted to get pregnant since she started dating Chris."
