CBB featured in TMZ article about how celebs drop that baby weight – if they can

Danielle was recently interview by TMZ.com, where they enlisted her help to outline the different ways celebrity moms have been known to lose those post-baby pounds.

* Personal Train that butt off – The great thing about being a celebrity and having money at your disposal is the ability to hire a personal trainer to run (and kick, and punch) you back in to shape during naptime. Want to work out even more? Pony up some cash for a nanny and increase your exercise time. Celeb moms known to hire a helper to whip them back into shape include Denise Richards, Gwen Stefani, Heidi Klum, Katie Holmes, Britney Spears, Kate Hudson and Sarah Jessica Parker, to name a few.

* Nurse, baby, nurse – Many moms find that an added benefit to breastfeeding your baby is that you burn an extra 500 calories a day. For some lucky women, that translates into fat burned while sitting on your couch feeding your child! Celeb moms who’ve credited nursing with their weight loss include Jennifer Garner, Michelle Williams, Debra Messing, Kate Hudson, Julia Roberts, Gwen Stefani, Jada Pinkett-Smith, Gwyneth Paltrow, Heidi Klum, Courteney Cox-Arquette, Angelina Jolie, Melissa Joan Hart, Brooke Shields, Mira Sorvino, Geri Halliwell and many more.

* Customize your diet – Don’t worry about portion sizes and dieting by having someone else plan your meals for you! Have all of your food delivered straight to your door, ready to eat, with no time spent away from your baby to prepare it. Of course, this is an extremely expensive way to go! Michelle Branch and McKenzie Westmore both credit food delivery after the births of their children Owen and Maddox as their main avenue to post-partum weight loss.

* Last but not least – plastic surgery – Although this procedure rarely occurs immediately after a c-section delivery, as has been rumored a la Victoria Beckham and Denise Richards, it is not uncommon for celeb moms to go under the knife for a breast lift or tummy tuck about a year after their baby has made it’s arrival. Who has done this? Unfortunately, top Hollywood plastic surgeons don’t reveal their patients!

I don’t believe that it is viable to have a tummy tuck at the same time as a caesarian, especially in the cases of Denise and Victoria, because both of them were seen out publicly very shortly after giving birth to their children. with that much surgery there is no way you’d be able to walk days after having it. I actually think it is one of those ”myths” that maybe one or two doctors ahve actualy done but MOST doctors will and indeed have advised against it.

Yes, that’s what we were trying to point out. Moms that do get surgery usually get it months after the baby was born – not in the delivery room, as many rumors suggest.

Sarah, thank you for clearing that up! I did actually misread it slightly.

That picture of Angelina Jolie was PRE-pregnancy or in the first trimester so it’s not fair to be posting a pregnancy shot with one from before she gained the baby weight. How about showing a TRUE picture of her AFTER the baby was born? It’s pictures like these that put pressure on others and cause eating disorders – when they are in fact not displayed in the right context.

Actually, one of my best friends has four children and she has had a c-section with all of them. She had a tummy tuck with the last 3 children she had at the time of delivery. Yes, she was in a lot of pain, but she went home 3 days later and was moving around just like a typical c-section delivery. This was done in Kentucky for goodness sakes so I know it could be done in the “celebrity world”
