Rumor Update: Madonna adopting African boy named Luca?

The Bosh.com is reporting that according to The People UK, music legend Madonna is in the process of adopting a Malawi boy named Luca.

Sources say she’s had visits with Luca on Wednesday and Saturday that turned emotional for the Popstar. She also reportedly spent Sunday, the Malawi Mother’s Day, with Luca.

Madonna and her husband, director Guy Ritchie, are said to possibly bring the African orphan to live with them and their two children, Lourdes, 9, and Rocco, 5, in Britain as soon as this week.

Sources say Guy has secretly visited Malawi at least four times in the last six months.

Madonna and her camp continue to deny any individual adoption plans.

"I have no information or confirmation regarding Madonna adopting an individual child," says Madonna’s spokeswoman, Liz Rosenberg. "She’s kind of adopting an entire country of children."

I think it’d be cool if Madonna adopted a child from another country, like many others have done.

Personally I would imagine Luca is older than an infant, and would hope so, so that it’d give Rocco especially someone else to play with.

BTW I think Rocco turned 6 in August, and isn’t Lourdes 10 now, or is her birthday in October?
