I believe they were talking about furniture in their house from the one and only Sarah Lawrence. Their son William’s middle name is Stoddard, anyone know the meaning of that name?

Congratulations. Yes, Bill is related to them, I think the founder was either his grandfather, or great grandfather. VanDuzer is also Bill’s middle name – he is named after the found of Sarah Lawrence.

Aaah, so that’s why his production company’s named Doozer. Wonder if that was a nickname in college?

I am thinking it has something to do with the Lawrence family of Sarah Lawrence College. The name Vanduzer is, I believe, the middle name of one of the children of Sarah Lawrence, and it could be why their daughter’s middle name is Sarah. In fact, I think Sarah Lawrence may have had a son named William Vanduzer Lawrence, who could be Bill’s father or grandfather.

Congratulations to them! I love her on Scrubs. I can’t wait to see Jordan and Dr Cox pregnant again, last time was such a riot. I love the name Henry, too. Does anyone know the meaning or origin of Vanduzer? I looked it up a bit but couldn’t find anything concrete. It does sound cool, though!
