Grey’s Anatomy actor Patrick Dempsey, 40, his wife Jill, 40, and their daughter Talula Fyfe, 4 1/2, were spotted out in LA over the weekend. The couple is currently expecting twin boys, due in late winter.

As a faithful Grey’s Anatomy fan, I cannot wait to see if these boys resemble their “McDreamy” daddy. Maybe they’ll name one of them Derek. And if they really want to be creative they can name the other Mark! A baby McDreamy and a baby McSteamy-aww!
