Patrick Dempsey and family out on Sunday

Grey’s Anatomy actor Patrick Dempsey, 40, his wife Jill, 40, (founder of Delux Beauty) and their daughter Talula, 4 1/2, were spotted out over the weekend. The couple is expecting twin boys this winter. Patrick told Ryan Seacrest last week, “I’m really thrilled…My wife looks great, we’re excited, my daughter’s happy and we’re going to have a very big family very soon.”

Wow, she got big fast. At the Emmy’s, I don’t even think she was showing and nobody asked her about being pregnant so she must have been small at that time and that was only, what, about a month ago?

i know my ex sister in law was PG with twin boys and it seemed at 4-5 months she just popped all of a sudden and looked about 7 months PG!!! I agree, she is lucky…he is a hunk!
