Celebrity Baby Fit Tip #2: Exercise is not just for slimming

ExpectingfitnessbookA very pregnant Brooke Burke was very happy about to receive our celebrity prenatal fitness trainer, Birgitta Lauren’s book Expecting Fitness and prenatal Healthy Baby Vitamins at "All In For The Kids," a celebrity poker tournament organized to helped benefit the Los Angeles Youth Network. This benefit raised over$50,000 towards building new housing facilities and schools for homelesskids.

New mom Tina Yothers from VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club and of course, Family Ties, was also very interested in the book’s postpartum program.  Celebrity moms today are very health conscious. They exercise and assume very healthy eating habits through their pregnancies and after delivery. The added benefit of exercise is not just a slimmer mom, easier pregnancy, delivery and faster recovery, but a "safer" pregnancy delivering a healthier, smarter and leaner baby. Moms can severely reduce their chances of pregnancy problems, discomforts, gestational diabetes, hypertension, and premature delivery by exercising through their pregnancies, eating healthy and taking their prenatal vitamins.

Birgitta’s book and vitamins were also given away at two post-Emmy suites.

New Chapter’s Perfect Prenatal Vitamins are the absolute best. I am pregnant now with my 4th, and I have always gotten slightly sick or constipated from almost every kind of prenatal vitamin. After trying many different brands, I had to settle for taking two Flinestones vitamins a day so that I was atleast giving something to the baby.
The New Chapter Vitamins are so gentle and easy to take, you can even take them on an empty stomach. Gwyneth Paltrow recommended them to everyone in an interview-they are the ones she took with Apple and continued to take even when she wasn’t pregnant because they made her hair so shiny and her skin radiant. They’re also safe for breastfeeding.
Anyways, I wish they advertised them so more women would try them and see for themselves. They’re available at most health food stores because they’re organic. Ask your OB/Midwife about them, I’m sure they will recommend them in a heartbeat!
