Tom Cruise on fatherhood

Tom Cruise, 44, who welcomed daughter Suri with fiancée Katie Holmes in April, reveals that his life ambition was to become a dad. "My whole life I always wanted to be a father. I always said to myself that my kids would be able to depend on me for anything." He also said that there can’t be too much love, "I don’t believe you can spoil a child with too much love. You can never give a child too much love. There’s just no way." He also has daughter Isabella, 13, and son Conor, 11, with ex-wife Nicole Kidman.

Sounds to me that he classes himself a father now after the birth of suri. Did he not class himself as a father with his 2 ADOPTED kids..??

I think He can be criticize for many things but he’s a good father for sure. It seems like he’s very close to his to older children and Wanda you’re not fair with him. Why always trying to see something bad in everything? he has always (for years)said that his kids was the most important thing in his life. I really don’t understand some comments. Do you thing he’s so stupid to say in an interview “ho yes i became a father with the birth of suri” ?
Give him a break please

Finally there’s something I can agree with Tom about!

I don’t agree with Tom on a lot of things, but I whole heartedly agree with him on this.

She’s right, Tom has been saying that quote for years when he adopted both his kids. Quit jumpign on the guy for everything, Tomn’s a great father from all I’ve seen and those whose met him. He wont treat Suri any different then his other two kids.

When ask how he feels about fatherhood, that’s always what he’s said.

If someday I have a kid I’ll give him as much as love I can!
