Suri Cruise imagined in classic works of art

American_gothic_suriAnnie Leibovitz‘s Suri Cruise portraits in Vanity Fair are important because they show us that the child does in fact exist and that she is in fact Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes‘ genetic child.  Imagine if the Great Masters had been asked tocaptured Suri’s likeness?

Above is my favorite-  "American Gothic" by Grant Wood. Visit CBS ShowBuzz to see Andy Warhol, "Mona Lisa" by Leonardo da Vinci, "The Scream" by Edvard Munch, and more.

And then people wonder why they want privacy

What do you mean the pictures show she is “in fact” their genetic child? Simply because the baby bears a passing resemblence to them proves nothing. Why did the photo shoot take twenty-one days? Why retouch photos of a baby? And, perhaps most importantly, why did they keep her in hiding until now? They blather on about wanting to protect their child, but don’t you find it at all suspicious that not even a glimpse was seen of her until now?
