National Enquirer: We've seen Suri Cruise too!

The National Enquirer claims to have seen Suri Cruise.  Well, photos from her upcoming Vanity Fair spread anyway.  According to the tabloid, she strongly resembles mom Katie Holmes- they say she has her coloring, nose and eyes.  Her other features include heart shaped lips, short eyelashes, round cheeks and very thick long straight dark brown hair.  According to the paper, "noresemblance to Tom is immediately apparent."

They claim the spread includes photos of Suri sleeping with dad Tom Cruise, laying in bed with Tom and a grinning Katie, and being held up outside wearing a white short-sleeved dress.

We know by now not to trust the National Enquirer but it’s entirely possible they were able to bribe someone along the way for this information.  If these photos don’t appear in the magazine, they can just claim that the photos were cut from the shoot.

Interesting, no resemblance to Tom, eh? That is going to feed A LOT of those rumours that are out there. I’m not sure what to think, myself, but it will be interesting when they finally do surface.

when my first little girl was born she looked like daddy. So much like him from the moment she came out there were no questions. To this day people will see her and go “oh my gosh she is all Todd!” No me at all I am still searching her to see some sort of resemblance to me. If I did not see her come out of me I would question whether or not she was mine:o) my mother said God makes the first look like the daddy so there are never any questions. # 2 is ALL me she is my mini me. Dark straight hair and brown eyes not like my first blue eyes and curly blond hair. A lot of people can not even tell they are sisters.
All kids resemble one or another, I totaly believe this is Toms baby it is just so much more news worthy to say it is not.

That doesn’t mean Suri (if there really is a Suri,i won’t belive until i see the pics) isn’t Tom’s though. I look almost exactly like my mom, i only really have my dad’s mouth, and my natural hair color is a mix between my mom and my dad’s.

Okay, we all know that a baby sometimes either looks like her parents or not. I really hope we all wait for the pictures ourselves before going down the conspiracy route again. Because this would be like those people on Maury who goes, she doesnt even look like me and the dna matches. And suri was only 3 months old when these photos were taken.

Many times, you cant even tell who the baby looks like, so I think I’ll wait to see the pictures myself. And even then, it still doesnt mean anything as many babies grow into their looks. And even then as they’re older, sometimes there isnt much of a resemblance, that’s genetics folks.

Btw my nephew is the spitting image of his father but he looks nothing and I mean nothing like his mom, my sister. We laugh about that all the time saying she failed our side of the family.

I think my comment was misunderstood. I ment that kids can look totaly like one or the other or a mixture of both. Just because the baby may not look like Tom does not mean it is not his. This is his baby I think people just find him an easy target right now because of all the strange things he has been doing and of course the fact that suri seems to never have seen the light of day.

Interesting. Didn’t one of those people who saw Suri say she was a combination of both Tom and Katie?

I agree, just because a child doesn’t look like her father doesn’t mean he isn’t her father.

However, in this case, I don’t believe Tom is the biological father of Suri… regardless of what the pictures show.

My older sister is a mixture of my Mum and Dad, she has my mothers colouring but a lot of my dad’s features. i on the other hand look nothing like my dad. I look just like my mum did at my age. We can’t find one part of me that takes after my dad!

I JUST saw two pictures from the shoot! Katie Couric was talking about the shoot and the mag’s upcoming debute of Suri. One picture she looked like she was tucked into Dad’s leather jacket with Mom looking over his shoulder. The headline read “Yes Suri, She’s Our Baby” if I remember right. The other one was of Suri on Mom’s chest, and I think getting a kiss. Can’t remember exactly as they didn’t show that one for as long as the other.

Bottom line? She’s beautiful!! Full head of very dark hair and big, bright eyes. Personally, I see a bit of both parents in her, but I want to see the other pictures to really get a good look.

Regardless of the debates surrounding them, they looked incredibly happy and I wish them well.
