Daughter for British actress Tracy-Ann Oberman

Former British soap-star Tracy-Ann Oberman has given birth to her first child, a little girl who has been named Anoushka India. Anoushka was born in the morning on 23rd August, weighing 6lb 7oz. Daddy Rob Cowan was by his wife Tracy-Ann’s side throughout the birth. Their daughter’s middle name, India, was chosen as this is where she was conceived during a romantic break last year. The trip hopefully helped Tracy-Ann and Rob to put some bad memories behind them, after they were caught up in the tragic 2004 south Asian tsunami whilst on their honeymoon.

Actress Tracy-Ann is best known for playing murderess Chrissie Watts on the popular soap Eastenders, and has recently been seen in sci-fi series Doctor Who and BBC1 postal drama Sorted.
