Paris Hilton's revised baby plans

08/22/2006 at 01:29 PM ET

Paris Hilton told OK! Magazine,

"I definitely want to get married soon.  In the next five years I want children.  I don’t care if it ruins my party lifestyle.  Life isn’t about going out, it’s about family.  I’ve been out for long enough.  I can’t wait to have grandkids."

Oy vey.

As for her partying–I’ll believe it when I see it.

Oy vey is right! She can’t wait to have grandkids? Did I read that correctly? Slow down Paris please!

That is so weird…I never heard of someone who does not yet have children say they can’t wait to have GRANDchildren! Well, I can’t wait to have great-great-great grandchildren! Beat that! :)

Umm…shouldn’t someone tell her that KIDS come before GRANDKIDS…

Good for Paris! I love that she isn’t rushing into having kids, but that she is looking forward to it, and looking forward to enjoying her family in the years ahead as it grows. I think she’ll pull it together and be a great mom.

That’s hot.

And, very deep of her, too.

I dont want to sound like a weirdo but Gwen said something similar. It sounds like she really idolizes Gwen Stefani

I like Paris, I think her public image is probably very different from her actual life. She has made millions doing what she’s doing! I think she’s smart! And I think she would have one well dressed kid :)

Not something I would expect to come out of her mouth! Yeah she would probably prefer to be a grandmother than a mother because then you have all the fun without the work!!

Well, she can afford good child care, anyway ;)
