According to People and the AP, actress Denise Richard’s lawyer, Neal R. Hersh, says the couple have decided to settle their problems more amicably. This means good news for Denise’s daughters with actor Charlie Sheen, 2-year-old Sam and 14-month-old Lola. Hersh says the couple have canceled their custody court date for Sept. 12 and there are no more dates scheduled.
Due to a restraining order filed against Charlie by Denise, the actor is only currently allowed one supervised visit with his daughters every week. Charlie denies all of Denise’s allegations made against him. She has accused him of physical or verbal abuse and an addiction to prescription drugs and gambling.
