Former Today show co-host Katie Couric, 49, told Parade magazine about life as a mother and a woman. Couric has daughters Ellie, 15, and Caroline, 10, with now deceased husband Jay Monahan and says: "She [Caroline] looks just like her dad. Ellie looks a little more like me. Do I think about that? God, only every day." After leaving Today this year, she wants to commit to her daughters: "For years, I never made them breakfast or walked them to school. You realize how great it is, just being a mother."
